What is Wellbeing?

Our Holistic Wellbeing Centre is about treating the mind and body together.

Whether you have a physical problem such as:

  • Chronic and Recurring Pain
  • Stiffness
  • Poor posture
  • Digestive problems
  • Weight gain
  • Poor brain function(eg. poor balance, memory, coordination, finding it hard to multi-task)

or emotional problems such as

  • Anxiety
  • Fearfulness
  • Depression
  • Too much worry
  • or just feeling overwhelmed and feeling there is too much to cope with.

They each affect one another – the mind affects the body and the body affects the mind. So it makes sense to treat both simultaneously for good health and lasting change.

Good health comes about when there is balance in our lives. This is why it is important through Kinesiology to uncover the beliefs and attitudes that stop us from being able to achieve this balance. When there isn’t balance in your life, something has to give.

The holistic therapies available at the centre will help give you insight , transform you, allow you to tap into the core of your being to find your own answers for healing, and facilitate the right conditions for healing.
