The Massage/ Kinesiology session involves the testing of muscles to assess their function on a neurological level – to find out which muscles are not switching on (underfacilited) and which muscles are switched on all the time (overfacilitated).

The overfaciltated muscles are usually the one’s that become very sore  and spasmed.
Treatment then involves a mixture of Acupressure, remedial massage and trigger point to facilitate a release of the tight spasmed areas, and then we use your muscles as a feedback system to help find a correction to switch those underfacilitated muscles back on, to get them firing again

This style of treatment gives a taste of what mind body medicine is all about.
