Beth has been involved in the health & wellness industry for the past 12 years, however her passion for the human body dates back as early as she can remember. Always choosing to spend her time pouring over books & information about health, fitness, wellness & healthy living.
As an Integrative Complementary Medicine Practitioner & Kinesiologist, Beth’s approach to health & wellness is a holistic one, centred around finding balance.
It is her absolute passion to help her clients understand their bodies, help them learn to read it’s messages and inspire them to live healthy, happy lives. She believes that when you incorporate a combination of techniques that involve mind and body work, the results can be incredibly powerful.
Beth has worked with clients suffering from a variety of conditions from emotional, structural and physical roots. She does have a specific interest in anxiety and stress disorders and the associated effects that these conditions have on the physical body. She is also a remedial massage therapist, however has found that her love for massage incorporates a style that encompasses a combination of kinesiology, aromatherapy and massage techniques to bring the body into a state of balance and calm the nervous system & leave you feel pampered and grounded.
Beth is extremely passionate about living a healthy, full life and loves nothing more than assisting others to find ways to create a life that incorporates health, happiness and passion themselves.
