Jessica is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist who graduated from Endeavour College with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine).
Jessica has a background in Physiotherapy, which has allowed her to have a greater understanding of the body and the powerful and positive impact nutrition in improving health and combating disease. She works with a gentle and compassionate approach to provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance to assist clients to achieve their individual goals. She is passionate about realistic nutrition strategies, mindful movement and making food fun!

Jessica has a special interest in weight concerns and is currently undertaking an international Psychology of Eating course.
